On page 93, Banquo says, “O, treachery! Fly, good Fleance, fly, fly, fly! Thou mayst revenge. O slave!” What is Banquo’s dying request to Fleance? It says, “Fly, good Fleance… Thou mayst revenge.” He may take revenge of his death.
On page 79, Macbeth says,”In England and in Ireland, not confessing their cruel parricide, filling their their hearers with strange invention.” What does parricide mean? Parricide is defined as “murder of one’s father.”
On page 85, the second murder says “Have so incensed that I am reckless…” What does the word incensed mean? Incensed is defined as angered.
