What effect has their quarrel had on nature, on the seasons, and on humans. Give an example Their quarrel has been causing nature to go off balance. They caused all of the seasons to switch places. For example, Titania says that “Cold frosts spread over the red roses,”. And now, the humans are confused.

Why does Hermia insist Lysander sleep a little ways from her? Because Hermia is a lady and believes that it isn’t ladylike to sleep in the same “bed” before marriage.
Why does Puck anoint Lysander’s eyes? Because Puck mistakes Lysander for Demetrius. Causing Lysander to fall in love with Helena.

How is Hermia’s dream a reflection of reality? Hermia’s dream of a serpent eating her heart and Lysander watching with a smile on his face reflects reality, because Lysander has been enchanted and loves no longer Hermia, but Helena. In this sense that Hermia is very injured by being left by her lover and her heart has been “eaten away”.
